I am dedicated to supporting clients in developing healthy relationships and addressing mental health challenges. My style of practice is collaborative, goal-oriented, and educational. I strive to build insight, skills, and strengths in the context of an authentic, compassionate, trustworthy working relationship.
I have been working in the field of mental health for over 30 years, in a range of positions, while managing a private practice since 2004. My experience includes direct care for residential youth; outpatient counseling for youth and families; inpatient psychiatric case management, counseling and discharge planning for youth, adults, and seniors; emergency mental health and substance use assessment; nonprofit management; clinical supervision; and program development. I currently serve as the Program Director at Coast Caregiver Resource Center, overseeing case management, counseling, and respite care support for family caregivers.
